Jim has been a broker for over 20 years, and he is the owner/broker of Coolidge Realty, Coolidge Realty Property Management, dba Bay Area Property Management and Coolidge Commercial. He took over the property management company 16 years ago, and with his superb management staff, he has grown Bay Area Property Management into one of the largest firms in Tampa Bay. The philosophy at Bay Area Property Management is simple: treat all of our customers, landlords, and tenants with RESPECT and as we would want to be treated.
DAVID P. KUSHNER
David has been involved in real estate sales, and property management since 1979, also owning numerous commercial, and residential properties. David has been with Coolidge Realty, Inc. for the last 13 years. With a BBA, and MBA, combined with 1.5 years at John Marshall Law School in Chicago., David has much knowledge applied to management services.
Melissa provides administrative, and accounting support to Bay Area Property Management. She has lived in Tampa since 1988, and has worked in property management as an office manager for the last 9 years. Before property management, she worked on both the real estate, and lending side of the business. Melissa has always been dedicated and hard working when trying to achieve her goals.
Shawn specializes in marketing/leasing rental properties, and property procurement. A native of Ohio, and graduate of the University of Akron, Shawn has made Tampa his home since 2000. After spending six years working in the insurance industry, he joined Bay Area Property Management as a property manager/Realtor in 2006 and has been a productive asset to the company ever since. Shawn brings a positive attitude to the job on a daily basis, always striving to provide the highest level of service to both landlords, and tenants.
Christine brings over 20 years experience in the business world to Bay Area Property Management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and has enjoyed successful careers in sales and marketing, real estate sales and sales analysis. Hailing from St. Louis, Christine has called Tampa home for the past 16 years, so she has experienced the tremendous growth and changes in our real estate community. Her professionalism and commitment to excellence is what helps drive our service and assure that our client’s transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
Brett is the maintenance coordinator for all of Bay Area Property Management’s properties. For the past 5 years, Brett has dedicated himself to providing outstanding customer service for owners, vendors, and tenants, with a focus on building long lasting relationships. Brett has lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years, and has a background in both property management and education.
